Manchester United will sell Netherlands striker Robin van Persie, 31, and Argentina winger Angel Di Maria, 27, this summer - to make way for the signing of Real Madrid's 25-year-old Wales forward Gareth Bale. (Daily Mirror) 
Tottenham's England striker Harry Kane, 21, is also at the top of United's list of summer transfer targets, with the Old Trafford club considering a £40m bid. (Times - subscription required) 
Atletico Madrid will try to see off interest from Chelsea in forwards Antoine Griezmann, 24, and Koke, 23, by raising their buy-out clauses from about £43m to closer to £100m in new contracts this summer. (Guardian)
